KC Trojans Annual General Meeting 2026

📣 KC TROJANS SOCCER ASSOCIATION – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

The KC Trojans Soccer Association will be holding its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) as follows:

🗓 Date: April 30, 2026
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Turf Training Centre 4 (classroom)
1030 34 Ave, Nisku, AB T9E 1E7

The AGM will include:

• A review of the previous year’s achievements 
• A financial update and current status 
• Election of Executive Board Members

Nominations are now open for the following Executive Board roles:

President
Secretary
Treasurer

Please include:

• The nominee’s relevant experience 
• Their vision for the role and how they can contribute to the continued growth of the Club

✅ Voting Eligibility
To vote in the AGM, members must be in good financial standing with the Club. Eligible voters include:

• 1 vote per parent/guardian of a minor player (maximum 2 per family) 
• 1 vote per adult player 
• 1 vote per active team official or coach 
• 1 vote per Board member 

Maximum of 2 votes per family unit

👥 Additional Board Opportunities
KC is also seeking volunteers to fill additional non-elected Board roles following the AGM. These positions do not require election and offer meaningful opportunities to help shape the Club’s future.
